For my senior internship project I was tasked with creating a marketing plan for the upcoming summer youth sports clinics and baseball league. Our main goal with this project was to increase participation for our summer sports activities. In order to do this, I was in charge of doing market research and creating an effective marketing plan for the YMCA in order to promote our summer youth sports programs. Along with the marketing plan, I also created a summer basketball tournament for the youth sports program which included creating a schedule of event, merchandise, and a projected budget. With this project, my main objective was to increase participation for youth sports programs at the YMCA.
