For my senior internship I was an assistant to the youth sports director. Some of my major responsibilities included:

• Organizing and supervising youth basketball practices during the winter season

• Setting up and officiating youth basketball games during the winter season

• Answering questions from parents and solving problems

• Planning and setting up spring soccer / volleyball season by creating teams, schedules, and contacting parents about coaching opportunities.

• Setting up and officiating youth soccer and volleyball games during the spring season

• Help out the YMCA in membership services and other tasks
